What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll focus on both growing existing customer relationships and supporting new clients as they adopt advanced network solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients and supporting their long-term growth
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely support client needs
  • Working closely with technical specialists to develop accurate proposals and solutions
  • Delivering presentations and product overviews to help clients understand technical capabilities
  • Tracking account performance, pipeline and renewal opportunities
  • Ensuring clients receive exceptional service and prompt support
  • Hitting revenue targets while maintaining a relationship-first approach
