The Opportunity

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll focus on strengthening and developing existing client relationships while learning how large organisations manage long-term partnerships. You’ll:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of big name clients
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported and informed
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
  • Supporting account growth by identifying opportunities to add value
  • Contributing ideas to improve client engagement and retention
