Your Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play an important role in supporting and developing relationships with existing business clients while building valuable commercial and relationship management skills.
You will:
- Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts
- Build strong relationships with business owners and key contacts
- Help clients understand and get the most value from the company’s solutions
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services
- Support new customers during the onboarding process
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Track account activity, renewals and customer engagement
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience working with clients while developing the skills needed to progress into account management positions.
