What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day queries and support
  • Understanding client goals and identifying ways to help them succeed
  • Delivering product walkthroughs and supporting onboarding for new users
  • Spotting opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Tracking account activity and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Continuously learning about the product, market, and client needs
