The role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the most important part of the sales process as you will be driving new customer growth. Your job is to create sales opportunities via phone, email and social selling on platforms such as LinkedIn with potential customers. Day to day, you will:
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails and social platforms
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify genuine opportunities
- Book meetings and create sales-ready opportunities for senior team members
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services and market
- Maintain an organised pipeline and keep CRM systems updated
