Junior Project Manager

Junior Project Manager - Canary Wharf/London - Hybrid - To £35,000

Global client has opportunities for a Junior Project Manager to be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of Business and IT projects and to lead and oversee the delivery and management of small and medium size projects and support Project Managers on the delivery of larger scale initiatives.

You will be responsible for ensuring small / medium projects are completed within the scope, time, cost and quality constraints ensuring the appropriate level of governance is applied throughout the project lifecycle and be responsible for the day-to-day management across the project lifecycle

As a Junior Project Manager you will take responsibility for managing the project team using a structured method and approach to planning and requirements gathering ensuring that project goals are accomplished in line with business objectives and the project team activities are completed in accordance with the Project plan and assist in the definition of project scope and development of the Project Initiation Document. You will also be responsible for developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, assist in the production of the initial Project Risk and Issue registers, prepare project status reports and work with the Service Delivery Team supporting the project plan and associated deliverables ensuring risks and issues are addressed throughout the project lifecycle and the project adheres to the stages and controls defined in the Project Delivery Framework

You will have 1 - 2 years project management experience or exposure and experience with the MS Office suite including but not limited to Outlook, Skype, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, One Note etc.
