Job Title: Soldering Operative

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Responsible for assembling and soldering electronic and electrical components working to engineering drawings, work instructions and quality standards. The role involves preparing components, carrying out precision soldering, inspecting finished work and ensuring products meet safety and performance requirements.

Key Requirements:
* Experience in hand soldering and electronic assembly.
* Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
* Good manual dexterity and practical skills.
