As our transformation practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business transformation programmes for our customers across Finance, Human Resources and wider business operations.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring an individual who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders, shape transformation initiatives, manage delivery teams and ensure successful business outcomes.
The RoleThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic transformation programmes from mobilisation through to successful delivery. Working alongside customer leadership teams, consultants, solution specialists and delivery partners, you will ensure programmes are delivered in line with agreed objectives, budgets and timescales.
The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership, whilst maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
You will work across multiple industries and transformation initiatives, helping organisations improve business processes, governance, operating models and user experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Leadership- Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic projects across Finance, HR and business operations.
- Develop programme structures, delivery plans, governance frameworks and implementation approaches.
- Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies across customer organisations.
- Drive programme mobilisation activities and establish strong foundations for successful delivery.
- Ensure projects remain aligned to customer objectives and business priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, programme boards and senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees and governance meetings.
- Act as a strategic adviser throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making processes.
- Present programme progress, risks and recommendations to executive audiences.
- Support customers in defining future operating models and transformation roadmaps.
- Lead business change initiatives that improve organisational performance and service delivery.
- Drive adoption of new processes, operating models and ways of working.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
