Excellent opportunity available to lead the product test strategy for a major manufacturer, taking ownership of the verification & validation activities for multiple product lines.

This is an autonomous, subject matter expert role, where you will work with internal stakeholders to ensure products are tested to the right standards, creating & developing methodologies as you go.

An ideal applicant will have experience in designing & executing testing strategies ideally from a mechatronics environment. The company are happy to offer complete product training alongside genuine opportunities for further progression.

So, if you're a V&V Engineer, Test Manager, or Systems Test Lead who knows how to build and evolve test strategies across complex, mechatronic products — get in touch!

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in V&V for electro-mechanical or embedded systems
  • Proven ability to design test strategies at system and sub-system level
  • Hands-on knowledge of testing mechatronics, electronics, DC systems, and ideally EMC or HALT
  • Skilled in interpreting international standards and embedding them in test protocols
  • Comfortable with tools such as Codebeamer, DOORS, or similar for traceability
  • Able to lead test activities across agile, cross-functional teams
  • Methodical, analytical, and able to turn complex test data into clear engineering direction

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end test ownership, from defining how testing should be done, to ensuring it gets done right.
