Our Lincoln based client is looking to appoint a talented and experience Data Analyst.

The Role  

The role of Data Analyst will include:

• Manage and optimise paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and Amazon Ads.
• Monitor performance to ensure campaigns meet ROAS and cost targets.
• Conduct keyword research and analyse performance data to guide bidding, targeting and budget decisions.
• Test and evaluate ad copy, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve results.
• Deliver clear, actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track marketing performance across digital channels, measuring key metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate & ROI.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support commercial decision making.
• Keep up with relevant changes in advertising platforms, compliance requirements, and digital marketing best practices.

The Candidate  

The successful Data Analyst will be able to demonstrate:  

• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Amazon Ads.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience using SQL to query and manipulate datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw, clear, actionable insights from data.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently or within a team.
• A passion for data and a proactive approach to learning new tools and skills.
