Enterprise Account Manager

As part of their US growth strategy, they are now looking for an ambitious Enterprise Account Manager to drive new business growth with global brands and help shape the future of work.
What You'll Do
- Build and develop relationships with senior decision-makers within large enterprise accounts.
- Lead strategic conversations around workforce transformation, talent management, and AI-driven HR solutions.
- Drive complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to deliver tailored solutions.
- Partner with some global brands to solve critical workforce challenges.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales, bringing in high growth accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide valuable customer insights to influence product and business strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, or B2B software sales.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of AI's impact on the future of work and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools in sales.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and storytelling skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys significant autonomy.
- Passion for mentoring and developing future sales talent.

Salary level c.£80,000 to c.£100,000 plus bonus.
