Now, they're investing in the next phase of growth — and are looking for a Head of GTM, Systems & Agents to build the intelligent engine that powers it.

Your Mission

This is not a traditional leadership role.

This is a builder's role — where you will design, automate, and operate the systems that directly generate revenue and scale global impact.

You'll architect the AI-powered backbone of the GTM organisation, deploying intelligent agents, eliminating manual work, and unlocking new revenue opportunities across the funnel.

What You'll Build

  • A next-generation GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, internal tools)
  • AI-driven agent workflows that automate revenue operations
  • Forecasting systems powered by real product usage data
  • End-to-end workflow automation eliminating manual GTM effort
  • Executive dashboards and reporting that drive strategic decisions
  • A unified data ecosystem across Product, Sales, and Engineering

How You'll Work

You'll partner directly with Product and Engineering teams to:

  • Automate forecasting and CRM intelligence
  • Align product telemetry with revenue models
  • Capture long-tail revenue opportunities
  • Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies

This is an individual contributor role today, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function scales.

What You Bring

You're a rare combination of technical builder and commercial thinker.

You're likely have:

  • Deep expertise owning and automating CRMs at scale (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience building AI / LLM-powered agent workflows for revenue or sales operations
  • Experience working with consumption-based revenue models and hyperscaler GTM environments (AWS, Azure)
  • The ability to move seamlessly from strategy to hands-on system architecture
  • A passion for automation and eliminating manual processes
  • The mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Salary level £90,000-£120,000 plus bonus and benefits. This is a hybrid role, based in London.
