We provide a clear, measurable, data-driven roadmap and expert support across five core themes: Climate, Economic, Diversity & Inclusion, Social, and Environment.

We are a fast-growing, London-based scaleup that has been working with some of the most ambitious and exciting brands around. We are now seeking a passionate and competent Sustainability Executive to join our team.

Helping clients understand and realise their sustainability and social impact objectives in a way that improves impact, performance, and profitability will be critical, as well as being an excellent team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

FuturePlus Technologies is at a pivotal moment in its growth journey. As part of our expanding advisory team, you’ll play a meaningful role in delivering client projects, building your expertise, and helping us scale our impact.

The Role

FuturePlus Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sustainability Executive to help drive the next phase of our development. This purpose-driven role will involve spearheading initiatives with clients to continually assess and enhance the implementation of their sustainability and social impact programs. Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding clients through our SaaS-based ESG impact management and reporting platform, FuturePlus.
• Problem-solving and aiding clients in developing robust sustainability and social impact strategies.
• Assisting clients in sourcing, compiling, and presenting sustainability impact evidence.
• Conducting audits on client sustainability assessments and preparing comprehensive client reports.
• Ensuring our clients receive an exceptional and seamless customer experience.

Additionally, this exciting role presents an opportunity to collaborate with the wider team on various tasks and projects, including:

• Supporting the sustainability consulting and senior management team on client projects and work streams.
• Contributing to thought leadership pieces, LinkedIn content, newsletters, and blogs.
• Conducting research.
• Identifying and proposing new opportunities for existing clients.
• Assisting with company administration and daily duties.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an energetic and values-driven professional who is passionate about sustainability and social impact in business. 

We are an eclectic team from a variety of backgrounds who all share a common goal. We value professionalism, drive, attention to detail, and ambition as much as conventional qualifications.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 months of client-facing experience in a sustainability-related or relevant role (can include work placements and internships).
• Demonstrated understanding of key sustainability principles and frameworks. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
• A composed and creative thinker, confident in designing simple solutions to complex problems.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new skills. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with a range of clients and stakeholders. 
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic setting, and as part of our cross-functional team.
• Ability to work in our London office near London Bridge, mixed with some home working, and to travel to client meetings when required.
• Ability to work in the United Kingdom on an indefinite basis.
