Product Marketing Manager
Product Marketing Manager - Political Intelligence Platform
Futureheads have partnered with a leading political and regulatory intelligence platform serving over 1,000 customers including major corporates, investment firms, and public affairs consultancies across the UK and Europe.
Our client is consolidating their product suite onto one unified AI-powered platform, launching between mid-November and early February. With the technology built, they need a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for this transformation.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CTO. You'll have significant influence across the organisation and scope to build and manage a team as the function grows. This is for someone who wants to make their mark on a product that genuinely shapes how businesses understand political and regulatory landscapes.
What you'll be doing:
- Repositioning the product with new messaging, tone, and language that moves the industry forward over the next 1-3 years
- Translating complex parliamentary data analysis and policy intelligence into compelling value propositions and stories
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategy for the unified platform launch
- Creating sales enablement materials, pitch decks, case studies, and product positioning frameworks
- Managing stakeholders across account management, new business, content/policy, and product teams
- Crafting messaging that shows where policy is heading and where business opportunities exist
- Working with marketing leadership to align product and brand marketing
- Building out the product marketing function with autonomy and strategic influence
About you:
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2B environment, ideally with complex or technical products
- Exceptional ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong track record of product positioning, value proposition development, and tone of voice work
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and pulling insights from different sources
- Confidence and autonomy to drive strategy without needing constant direction
- Understanding of how to translate technology from complex businesses into accessible stories
- Cultural fit focus - someone who brings a strong voice and wants to grow long-term with the organisation
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning
We feel this role will attract strong interest, so if you don't have proven experience positioning complex B2B products and managing cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, we ask you not to apply as we will not be able to provide feedback and your profile will not be considered.
