Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £55,000

We’re working with a tech business building finance and infrastructure that helps organisations finance and manage real-world EV assets more efficiently. They sit where software, data, green energy and finance meet. Complex, tech-first but deffintly mission lead.

They’re now looking for an Associate Product Manager to join their growing product team and help turn user feedback and data insights into features that make a tangible difference. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and commercial teams to bring ideas to life quickly - often using AI tools like Lovable and Claude for rapid prototyping.

What you’ll be doing

• Spot and investigate product opportunities using analytics and stakeholder feedback

• Prototype and test product ideas using AI tools before handing over to engineering

• Write clear user stories and help organise sprint activities

• Support product launches and create materials for internal users and clients

• Keep an eye on industry trends to feed into the product roadmap

What we’re looking for

• Around 2–3 years’ experience in a digital product roles

• Experience in an asset-based lending industry or equivalent (e.g. mobility, clean tech, green energy asset leasing, energy, or logistics/ equiptment finance)

• Understanding of Agile delivery and user story writing

• An interest in AI tools for workflow automation or prototyping

• A proactive, detail-driven mindset and comfort working in a startup-style environment
