Creative Technologist/AI Enablement Manager
We're working exclusively with an agency specialising in search and performance-led digital strategy for global customers. We are looking to bring in a Creative Technologist/AI Engineer on a 12 month contract to be the face of embedding AI, and then helping evolve this as programmes of work go through maturity. This role requires someone with a developer mindset to be able to audit quality.
Key remit:
- Take agent briefs from champions and build working, tested automation workflows
- Own the agent build pipeline: sequencing, building, testing, go-live, and iteration
- Build and maintain the internal training platform
- Facilitate team hackathons across departments alongside internal AI champions
- Maintain the agent library, cost tracker and technical documentation
Skills we require:
- Hands-on with n8n (or other Agent Orchestration layer), can build complex automation workflows independently
- Comfortable with Claude API and prompt engineering to commission agent behaviour
- Understand LangGraph or CrewAI for multi-agent orchestration
- Agency background preferred: understands content, SEO and creative workflows
- Builder not coordinator. This is a delivery role, not a management one.
Location: Central London (hybrid), 2 days p/week in office.
Day Rate: Based on experience, considering different levels. Outside IR35.
Must be eligible to work and based in the UK.
