💰 £120,000–£150,000 + bonus
We’re working with a rapidly scaling fintech company building next-generation trading infrastructure. They are hiring a Lead / Principal Product Designer to help drive the evolution of their active trading experience.
This is a senior IC role for a strategic, systems-minded designer who thrives in complex product environments.
The Role
You’ll operate as a senior individual contributor within a growing design team, owning high-impact
product areas across trading workflows, B2B platforms, and internal tools.
The core product is already live — the next phase is about raising the bar, innovating deeply, and introducing AI-powered capabilities that push the product ahead of the market.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive end-to-end ownership of complex product areas
- Lead UX strategy across sophisticated workflows
- Partner with senior stakeholders across product and engineering
- Influence product direction and roadmap
- Help mature the design system
- Elevate design quality across the team
- Explore and implement AI-driven experiences
What they’re looking for (must-have)
- Lead/Principal-level product design experience
- Proven experience designing trading platforms (essential)
- Strong systems and strategic thinking
- Background in complex fintech/B2B products
- Experience shipping and evolving live products
- Passion for AI and experimentation
