Lead Product Designer

We’re looking for two Lead Product Designers to join a fast-growing digital product studio that’s shaping apps and platforms for global brands 🚀

This is your chance to work on products that actually get shipped and used - from mobile apps 📱 to web platforms 💻. No endless pitch decks, no "make it look pretty" briefs - just real product challenges where your craft, leadership and product thinking make a difference.

💡 What we're after:

✨ Strong product design craft across both UX and UI

✨ Proven experience leading projects from ambiguous briefs through to launch

✨ Confident working directly with clients, facilitating workshops and shaping product direction

✨ Self-sufficient, articulate and comfortable owning projects end-to-end

✨ Experienced in designing digital products across web and mobile

✨ Strong collaborator who enjoys working closely with product, engineering and stakeholders

✨ Genuine interest in AI-powered products, emerging technologies and vibe coding

✨ Someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves turning complex ideas into intuitive products

🌍 The setup:

🏢 Hybrid role - 2 days a week in the London studio (Weds + Thurs)

💰 Salary: Up to £80k-£85k DOE
