📍 Location: Central London - Hybrid, 3 days/week in office
💰 Salary: £55,000 – 60,000 per annum
🧭 Reporting To: Chief Product & Growth Officer
Futureheads has once again partnered with a well-funded startup business that’s on a mission to make car maintenance as easy as ordering a takeaway!
Their service is already live in both the UK and France, where it’s partnered with 350+ garages, completed over 100,000 customer bookings and received more than 4000 5-star TrustPilot reviews. However, they have ambitious plans for further growth and to help them on this journey, they’re looking to add a talented Performance Marketing Manager to their small London team.
This is a chance to take full ownership of their performance marketing; leading the strategy and execution of paid acquisition efforts, manage budgets, optimize campaigns and provide regular in-depth reports.
This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience managing Search and Social channels.
deep PPC experience, a strong ROI mindset, and a proven track record of managing and scaling paid and affiliate campaigns across multiple channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and scaling online campaigns, including search, social, display / programmatic, video, and affiliates.
- Planning and managing offline campaigns, including TV, radio and outdoor.
- Analysing business / campaign performances and optimising campaigns for better efficiency.
- Managing media budgets and agencies.
- Conducting customer research, including customer interviews and surveys.
- Working with the Product team on improvements to the funnel to drive CRO.
- Devising new growth initiatives to drive acquisition and retention across our existing and future products.
Core Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on PPC.
- Proven ability to optimize paid campaigns at scale and drive measurable results.
- Experience managing affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstratable experience managing and allocating budgets.
- Solid understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets).
- Mix of in-house and agency experience.
- Highly organized and results-oriented, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and deliver to reaching performance KPIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: Fluency in a second language, preferably French, Italian or Spanish.
- Bonus: Copywriting experience.
