Salary: £60,000-90,000 DOE

Remote (in the UK or within 1-2 hours of London time)

We’re working with a fast-growing B2B AI company on a Senior / Lead Motion Designer role and it’s a lovely one for someone who wants motion to sit closer to the heart of the brand and product experience, not just as a finishing touch on campaign assets.

They’ve built a product used by a large global customer base to help businesses find, reach and convert customers. It looks simple from the outside, but underneath there’s a lot going on across AI, automation, customer data, deliverability, campaign tooling and product workflows.

They’re now at the point where the experience needs to feel more crafted, more distinctive and more alive across the places where customers first meet the brand and the moments where they interact with the product.

This is a motion role across brand, communications and product. You’d be helping bring campaigns, launches, product explainers, website moments, social content and customer-facing stories to life, while also thinking about how motion can make the product itself feel smoother, clearer and more considered.

The useful bit: motion is not being treated as decoration here. There’s room to shape how it works, where it adds value and how it helps a technically complex product feel easier to understand, more memorable and more enjoyable to use.

You’ll probably be a good fit if you have:

• Senior or lead-level experience in motion design
• Strong craft across animation, pacing, composition, storytelling and visual design
• Experience creating motion for tech, SaaS, AI, fintech, productivity tools or complex digital products
• A portfolio with polished motion work that shows clear thinking, not just polished execution
• Good judgement around when motion adds clarity and when it gets in the way
• Confidence working across brand communications, product UI and senior stakeholders
• Comfort shaping motion from a fairly early stage, rather than simply applying an established system

This could suit a Senior Motion Designer, Lead Motion Designer, Motion / Brand Designer, Creative Motion Designer, Product Motion Designer, Interaction Motion Designer or a senior designer with a strong motion specialism.
