We’re partnering with a mission‐driven tech‐for‐good organisation that’s tackling one of the biggest challenges in society: helping care providers ethically find, onboard, and support the workers who keep the health and social care system running.

They're now entering a scale phase expanding modules, increasing adoption, and transforming a solid product into a guided, intuitive self‐serve experience.

You’ll design for diverse audiences across web, iOS, and Android, simplify complex branching workflows, and create the design system that carries them through their next chapter. Most importantly, your work will directly support fairer, safer, more transparent experiences for thousands of care workers.

What you’ll work on

• Turning functional journeys into truly intuitive, self‐serve experiences

• Simplifying complex compliance and onboarding workflows

• Leading the design of three new product modules end‐to‐end

• Building our new design system from the ground up

• Researching with a wide, multicultural user base and bringing insights into the product

• Shaping product decisions that drive adoption, retention, and commercial value

What we’re looking for

• 4–5+ years in product design, ideally in workflow-heavy or B2B environments

• Strong UX skills and experience breaking down complex systems

• Comfort designing for web and mobile (iOS + Android)

• Clear commercial thinking understanding what drives stickiness and value

• Empathy for diverse users with different levels of digital confidence
