Client: B2B SaaS

Location: London; 2 days p/w in office

Salary: £85-95k

We’re working with a Series B b2b SaaS client that are growing their Product Design team as they further improve their core platform and break into new markets.

As a Senior Product Designer. you’ll have the opportunity to work on new features and capabilities as well as evolving the core platform, so this role is well suited to someone with zero-to-one experience but that enjoys working collaboratively within an established team.

You'll be a key partner to Product and Engineering within your team, working together to spot, scope and deliver solutions to the problems and opportunities that matter most to customers. That spans the full design arc, from framing the problem and leading conversations about it, to translating what customers need for the rest of the team, to seeing initiatives through into what gets built.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if:

• You have end-to-end product design experience comprising a high level of visual craft with the underpinning UX fundamentals to work on complex products.
• Our client doesn’t have a dedicated user research team, so the ability to run light-touch user research, and an interest in doing so, is important.
• You’ve worked on complex products. While b2b SaaS products are most obviously aligned, complex b2c product design experience may also suit if underpinned by a thorough design process.
• You have some zero to one design experience
• You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, but are also able to work autonomously in the day to day
• You have hands-on experience using AI within your design workflow, particularly for prototyping and delivery, and ideally some experience shipping AI-powered features.
