Senior Product Manager

(Salary upto £95,000 10% bonus)

Help a fast-growing subscription beauty & wellness brand level up everything that happens behind the “Buy” button. Anything from WMS, financial intergrations and ERP.

The role

You’ll be the technical Product Manager for all things operations: warehouse systems, fulfillment flows and back-office tools that keep subscriptions moving.

You will:

• Own the vision and roadmap for warehouse, fulfillment and back-office platforms.
• Look after WMS, ERP, pick‐to‐light/automation, carrier integrations and how they connect to ecommerce, billing and CRM.
• Map and improve end‐to‐end data and process flows to kill manual work, errors and rework.
• Work with Ops on real workflows (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns) and turn them into smart, scalable systems.
• Partner with CX to make support tools and flows faster, clearer and less painful for customers and agents.
• Use data, dashboards and events to monitor performance and drive continuous optimisation.
• Explore where advanced optimisation / AI‐style logic (forecasting, wave planning, batching, slotting, labour optimisation) can genuinely move the needle.

You

• 7–10+ years in product, ideally in ops-heavy or consumer businesses (ecom, subscription, marketplaces, 3PL/WMS, etc.).
• Hands-on ownership of warehouse / fulfillment / back-office systems (WMS, OMS, ERP, automation, 3PL integrations).**** (if you do not have this you will not be concidered)
• Comfortable with the full order-to-cash journey: order, fulfillment, invoicing, payment, reconciliation.
• Strong communicator who can translate warehouse reality into crisp specs and align engineers, ops and CX.
• Happy juggling multiple projects, digging into data, and making clear trade‐offs.
• Bonus: experience with cloud data warehouses, event-driven systems, and tackling optimisation/ML‐type problems.
