Hybrid (2,5 days in the office in London Bridge)

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a multidisciplinary design consultancy working on complex digital products, services and experiences.

This is a UX role with some service design and strategy around it. You’ll be involved early, helping clients understand user needs, map journeys, shape flows and turn insight into clear, usable experience concepts.

It’s not a pure service design or strategy role. The core of the role is UX: making sense of complex journeys, designing clear structures and interactions, and creating tangible artefacts that help teams move from thinking into making.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading UX discovery and definition work

• Speaking to users, customers and stakeholders

• Synthesising research into insight and direction

• Mapping journeys, service experiences and user flows

• Turning ambiguous problems into UX concepts, prototypes and artefacts

• Designing flows, structures and interaction approaches

• Facilitating workshops with clients and multidisciplinary teams

• Helping clients align around priorities and next steps

We’re looking for people who

• Have strong experience in UX design, ideally in a consultancy, agency or complex product/service environment

• Can show clear evidence of UX thinking and craft

• Are confident moving from discovery into journeys, flows, concepts and prototypes

• Understand service design enough to think beyond a single screen or touchpoint

• Can make complex journeys and systems easier to understand and use

• Are comfortable with research, synthesis, facilitation and stakeholder conversations

• Know how to make ideas tangible, not just describe them
