We're supporting a major public sector organisation on the search for an experienced Performance Analyst to join a high-profile digital programme. This is an opportunity to work on services used at national scale, helping shape decision-making through data-driven insights and performance measurement.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and maintaining performance frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analysing service and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Designing and building dashboards and reporting solutions to support stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working closely with researchers, developers, testers and product teams to ensure data is used effectively across the service life cycle.
- Supporting agile delivery teams by providing regular performance reporting and evidence-based recommendations.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in digital performance analysis and data visualisation.
- Proven ability to create dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Splunk or similar platforms would be advantageous.

- Rate: Up to £350 per day
- Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
- Travel: Likely attendance in Newcastle approximately once per month
