Head of Compliance

This is a key leadership role within the business, acting as the site expert on all aspects of compliance, standards, and risk management across both manufacturing operations and construction activities.

You will be responsible for ensuring the business remains audit-ready, compliant with evolving regulations, and aligned with industry best practices. This role offers the opportunity to shape the compliance function, influence company standards, and support strategic risk planning at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage existing ISO certifications.
• Lead the implementation of new standards such as ISO 27001 (Cybersecurity), AI governance frameworks, and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including IT and Procurement to ensure compliance across internal systems and external supply chains.
• Act as the primary liaison for external audits, client inspections, and compliance reviews.

Risk & Regulatory Compliance

• Identify, assess, and report business risks to the senior leadership team.
• Ensure company-wide compliance with data protection laws, privacy regulations, and safe technology use.
• Oversee safety and responsibility standards across factory operations and on-site construction projects.

• Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Work with the Procurement team to select and onboard responsible, reliable partners.
• Embed quality and compliance expectations into supplier agreements from the outset.
