We’re bringing together professionals with hands-on Mosaic experience who want to connect with others working in and around Mosaic-enabled services across local authorities.

We’re opening up a conversation - creating a space where people can share ideas, surface common challenges, and learn from one another as councils move through a significant period of system and service transformation.

Across the community, members may be involved in work such as:

• Supporting service delivery and transformation in Mosaic-enabled environments.
• Collaborating with practitioners, delivery teams, suppliers, and councils across discovery, design, and delivery.
• Exploring how system, process, and service change can work better together.
• Sharing practical experience of Mosaic data, configuration, workflows, and tooling.
• Learning from programmes driven by regulatory change, operational pressures, or service redesign.

We’re particularly keen to connect with people working as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and other Mosaic system specialists.

Hands-on Mosaic and local authority experience are essential. An interest in system-driven service change, improvement, and shared problem-solving is just as important.
