Key Requirements Summary
✅ 8+ years product management experience (3+ years at Director/Head level)
✅ Web3/blockchain product experience (DeFi, prediction markets, or on-chain applications)
✅ Proven startup experience - thrives in ambiguity and high-growth environments
✅ Background in prediction markets, gaming, betting, or adjacent industries
✅ Reports to: Chief Product Officer
What We're Looking For
The Ideal Candidate: Someone who has built web3 products from scratch in fast-moving startups. You're comfortable when things are undefined - you create structure, build frameworks, and become the voice of reason when the team needs direction. prediction market platforms, OR come from DeFi protocols, gaming DAOs, or crypto-native consumer apps.
- Web3/blockchain product leadership - 3+ years building decentralized applications, DeFi protocols, or on-chain products. Deep understanding of smart contracts, tokenomics, wallet UX, and the tradeoffs between decentralization and user experience
- Prediction markets or adjacent industries - Ideally worked at prediction market platforms OR gaming (skill-based, social casinos, fantasy sports), sports betting, iGaming, or trading platforms
- Startup DNA - Experience in early to growth stage startups (seed through Series B). You've worn multiple hats, navigated ambiguous problem spaces, and built products when there was no playbook to follow
- Tokenomics and crypto-economics - Experience designing token mechanics, incentive structures, governance systems, or protocol economics. You understand how to align user behavior with protocol successe
