Dynamics CRM Test Analyst

Are you a skilled Test Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM? We’re looking for someone who has experience with taking ownership of the testing with Dynamics CRM, ensuring every release delivers the stability, quality, and user experience the business depends on.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of test activities across Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and integrations.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts and scenarios based on user stories, configurations, and business requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing focused on Dynamics CRM modules, workflows, and customisations.
• Manage defect lifecycles from logging and prioritising through to resolution and revalidation.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to translate acceptance criteria into measurable test cases.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases, track progress, and report quality metrics.
• Ensure that all test environments, data, and entry/exit criteria are effectively managed.
• Support wider testing activities (e.g., non-functional or cross-platform testing) as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and integrations.
• Proven background in manual test planning and execution within complex project environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test and defect management.
• Exposure to Optimizely/Episerver or related digital platforms is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across business and technical teams.
• ISTQB / ISEB Foundation (or equivalent) certification.
