Network Security Engineer

Cyber Infrastructure Engineer – DV Environment Portsmouth or Salisbury | Hybrid Join an established Cyber team on a major Defence site, working across security, infrastructure, and networks not just monitoring, but fixing and owning issues end-to-end. What you’ll do

• Handle ServiceNow incidents & POI investigations
• Own and maintain on-prem Splunk
• Support 3rd/4th line network & security issues
• Work across Windows, Linux, VMware, networks & security appliances

What you’ll need

• Strong Splunk experience
• 3rd/4th line network security background
• Experience with firewalls, proxies, routers, DMZs
• Solid Linux or Windows admin
• Understanding of core protocols & RCA

The details

• Portsmouth or Salisbury
• 8-6 weeks on-site to get up to speed with the client , then 2 days per week
• DV clearance eligibility required
