Senior Business Change Manager Are you an experienced change leader ready to make an impact where it really matters This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic non-profit organisation with a real purpose.  As Senior Business Change Manager, you’ll take the lead on meaningful change initiatives for a range of projects that reshape ways of working and deliver lasting benefits across the organisation.  This role requires someone who can hit the ground running – applying proven change management theory and approaches, crafting engaging communications for diverse audiences, and designing and delivering training that sticks.You’ll be a confident advocate for people in a technology-driven environment – unafraid to challenge the status quo, influence senior leaders, and ensure our people are at the heart of every decision.What you’ll do:
  • Lead change initiatives across multiple projects, aligning to the organisations strategic vision
  • Develop and deliver robust change plans, training, and communications
  • Engage and support stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify and manage resistance, champion adoption and track benefits realisation
  • Shape a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Upskill and mentor Project Managers on smaller projects to deliver change management on their own
 What you’ll bring:
  • A strong track record of managing and delivering successful change in complex organisations
  • Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills experience in designing and facilitating workshops to capture and analyse requirements and data
  • The ability to stand your ground and influence with confidence
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for making a real difference
  • An ability to lead, coach and develop teams
