This fast passed start-up/scale-up retail business undergoing a major digital and technology transformation is looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Manager to lead a brand-new product domain focused on customer acquisition, digital journeys and ecommerce optimisation.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile product area, working at the heart of Product, Engineering, Digital, Marketing and Commercial teams to shape how customers discover, engage with and purchase from the business online.

We're looking for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on product delivery. You'll work closely with engineering teams to prioritise initiatives, shape roadmaps, improve ways of working and ensure ideas are translated into high-quality, deliverable outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the roadmap for a new digital product area focused on customer acquisition and ecommerce
  • Working closely with Engineering, UX, BI, Marketing and Commercial teams to prioritise initiatives and maximise business value
  • Leading backlog prioritisation and ensuring product work is clearly defined and ready for delivery
  • Using customer insights, behavioural analytics and experimentation to improve digital journeys and conversion
  • Driving improvements to product processes, prioritisation frameworks and stakeholder engagement
  • Managing dependencies, risks and competing priorities across multiple teams
  • Championing a data-led approach to product decision making

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within ecommerce or digital environments
  • Strong experience delivering customer-facing digital products and online customer journeys
  • Comfortable working closely with Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience owning roadmaps, prioritising backlogs and translating business requirements into deliverable work
  • Strong understanding of analytics, customer behaviour and experimentation (A/B testing, conversion optimisation, product metrics)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Product, Technology and Commercial teams

Nice to have:

  • Retail, ecommerce or omnichannel experience
  • Experience improving product ways of working or delivery processes
  • Exposure to platform migrations or large-scale digital transformation programmes

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in technology and digital innovation, where you'll have genuine ownership, influence and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on customer experience and commercial performance.
