Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid or Remote)
Are you a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 4 to 8 years’ PQE looking for your next career move within a highly regarded clinical negligence team?
You’ll have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, handling matters from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation. You’ll work alongside experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitors and have the support you need to continue developing your technical expertise.
You’ll also have the opportunity to take on strategic and supervisory responsibilities, giving you the chance to broaden your experience and progress your career within a specialist Clinical Negligence department.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 4 to 8 years’ PQE
- Strong experience handling clinical negligence claims and managing your own caseload
- Good knowledge of clinical negligence litigation and case management
- Strong technical, communication and legal drafting skills
- Excellent client care and organisational skills
- Commercially aware, proactive and committed to developing your career
