Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and leases
- Handling landlord and tenant matters and property development work
- Supporting clients with agricultural property transactions where applicable
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and CQS quality standards
- Delivering exceptional levels of client care and commercial advice
About You
The firm is keen to hear from Solicitors who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 4 years' Commercial Conveyancing experience
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
- Experience in Agricultural Law (desirable)
