Commercial Associate Solicitor – Bristol

A great opportunity for a commercial associate solicitor with circa 3 PQE + to join a leading Legal 100 law firm in Bristol. You will work alongside a tight-knit, collegiate team on a full range of commercial work, including data protection, technology and IT.

Your work will include:

• Data processing and sharing provisions within a broad range of contracts
• Reviewing and negotiating data protection warranties and disclosures within transaction documents
• Drafting and reviewing SaaS agreements, goods & services agreements and agency & distribution arrangements
