We are recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked full service firm that is ranked Tier1/Tier 2 across multiple service areas and considered to be one of the fastest growing firms in the UK.

We are seeking applications from experienced and current Corporate Partners, who would like to be at the forefront of the firm's next wave of growth.

The opportunity entails:

• Advising on a broad caseload of corporate matters including, but not limited to:
  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • JVs and shareholder agreements
  • Investment funding
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Some commercial aspects of SME M&A

We would welcome applications from candidates with the following:

• Partner
• Current Corporate law experience
• A collaborative and team focussed approach
• Proven business development skills
• Client following/network required
