Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1-5 PQE) | Gatwick | Hybrid Working

I'm working with a leading South East law firm seeking a Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded claimant team.

The role:

• Manage a caseload of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters
• Handle claims including road traffic accidents, employer's liability, public liability and medical negligence
• Assist on complex, high-value and catastrophic injury cases
• Deliver exceptional client care and contribute to business development activities

You will have:

• 1-5 years' PQE in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
• Strong knowledge of CPR, Protocols and relevant legislation
• Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
