The role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you'll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues on more complex matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling personal injury claims from initial instruction through to resolution
- Managing both pre-litigation and litigated cases
- Advising clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy
- Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently
- Maintaining regular client contact and delivering excellent service
- Supporting the wider team on larger and more complex cases where required
About you
This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:
- Has 1–5 years' PQE in personal injury litigation
- Has experience managing their own caseload
- Enjoys working directly with clients
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is comfortable prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
- Has experience using case management systems
- Takes a practical and client-focused approach
