The Role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload across intermediate and multi-track matters, while also playing a key role on complex catastrophic injury claims often exceeding £500,000 and sometimes running into multi million pound claims. Expect real responsibility, technical depth and exposure to headline litigation.
Your work will span:
- Running cases from first instruction through to resolution, including litigated matters
- Face-to-face client meetings and relationship building
- Assisting on catastrophic injury claims across EL, PL and RTA
- Fatal accident and dependency claims
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and core court documents
- Instructing experts and counsel
- Preparing matters for trial and attending hearings where appropriate
- Negotiating settlements and delivering clear, commercial advice

About You
You’ll bring solid experience in one or more of the following: Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, Motor/RTA, Catastrophic Injury.
