A well established and respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 1 years' PQE to manage a varied and high quality caseload, working within a supportive and forward thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Advise clients on mental capacity matters
- Handle Court of Protection work
- Deal with probate and estate administration
- Advise on trusts and tax planning
- Manage matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide clear, practical and high quality legal advice
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years' PQE in Private Client
- Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive approach to managing a caseload
- Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team
