A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its thriving team in the charming market town of Southwell.

The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of private client work and play a key role in delivering trusted advice to a loyal client base.
Responsibilities will include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and advice
- Trust creation and administration
- Complex estate administrations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Delivering practical, compassionate and commercially minded advice
This role offers significant autonomy, a high level of client contact and the opportunity to work within a supportive and experienced team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Have between 3 and 10 years' experience handling private client matters
- Possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate administration and inheritance tax matters
- Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
- Have a professional, empathetic and personable approach
- Be organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities effectively
- Enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and referrers
- Be committed to delivering the highest standards of legal service
