An established and highly respected Cornwall law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join its successful team in Liskeard.

The Role

Manage your own varied Private Client caseload including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Inheritance Tax planning
  • Trusts and succession planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Court of Protection matters (desirable, not essential)

You'll enjoy building long-term client relationships while delivering practical, high-quality legal advice.

About You

You'll be:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Private Client Fee Earner
  • Ideally have 4+ years' Private Client experience
  • Confident handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration
  • STEP or SFE qualified (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
