This excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Probate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked team at a well-established firm in Devon

The Role:

You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on:

• A varied caseload of both taxable and non-taxable estates
• Act for executors, trustees and beneficiaries
• Advise on inheritance tax reporting, applications for grants of representation, estate accounts and distributions
• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Meet with clients both in the office and at their homes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professional contacts and referrers
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider department

What experience do you need:

• 3+ years' PQE in private client law
• unqualified probate specialists will be considered
