The Role
- Manage your own caseload of professional indemnity matters
- Defend claims against construction professionals, solicitors and other professional service providers
- Advise on insurance coverage and policy disputes
- Work alongside recognised experts on complex, high-value litigation
- Play an active role in client relationships and business development
About You
- 5+ years' PQE
- Strong professional indemnity experience
- Background in defending claims against construction professionals and/or solicitors
- Experience of insurance litigation and coverage analysis
- Commercial, client-focused and technically strong
