As part of our friendly and knowledgeable team of Marine Product Specialists, you'll work closely with customers, dealers, and distributors, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.

Purpose of the Job: This role exists within a busy call centre environment in the Marine Technical Support team.

You will be responsible for answering technical Marine queries, providing both pre and post-sales support.

You will also be part of a second level support team, assisting the rest of EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa at a high level.

Responsible for meeting daily team and personal performance targets to ensure we are delivering a good customer service to our consumers.

Support with testing units to resolve customer issues.
