IT Support & Information Security Analyst

Hybrid – Central Manchester (2 days per week in office)

Salary up to £35,000

We're recruiting an IT & Information Security Analyst to join a growing, cloud-first technology business. This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of internal IT support and information security, offering excellent exposure to security frameworks and best practices.

What you'll be working on

• Day-to-day internal IT support and systems administration
• Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management
• User access control, device security, and secure configuration
• Supporting ISO9001 / ISO27001 security and quality frameworks
• Improving cyber hygiene, documentation, and internal processes

Essential experience

• Background in IT Support, Helpdesk, or IT Systems Administration
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint tools
• Interest or experience in ISO9001 / ISO27001
• Solid understanding of security best practices (access control, encryption, secure configuration)

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience in Contact Centre, Telephony, VoIP, or CCaaS environments
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, SIP, SBCs, or cloud telephony
