🚨 Product Director – B2B SaaS (EHS)
💰 £120k | 📍 Liverpool (2 days/week)
We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an experienced Product Director.
This is a key leadership role owning the strategy, performance, and long-term evolution of a critical product area that helps organisations protect their people, manage risk, and build safer workplaces.
🔍 The Role
You’ll lead a team of 3 Product Managers and work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success to drive measurable product outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership of product performance, prioritisation, and strategic direction.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap priorities
- Define and improve key product performance metrics (adoption, retention, product health)
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers
- Make clear prioritisation and investment decisions across competing demands
- Represent the product area at senior leadership level
- Contribute to broader product simplification and portfolio initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in Product Management within B2B SaaS / enterprise software
- Proven experience leading Product Managers
- Strong track record of delivering measurable product outcomes
- Commercially astute with strong prioritisation and decision-making skills
- Comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments
