Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) – Up to £60,000
North Leeds – On-site 3 days per week | Permanent | Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Software Developer to join a growing technology team working on critical operational, ordering and price-management systems. This is a hands-on, full-stack development role where you'll help modernise core applications, shape technical direction, and build new functionality that supports long-term platform evolution.
If you enjoy solving complex technical problems, improving legacy systems, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver practical, high-impact solutions, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, Blazor and SQL Server.
- Modernise and refactor legacy systems to improve scalability and performance.
- Contribute to technical architecture and help define future platform strategy.
- Build and support integrations with external systems (ordering, PMR, WMS, logistics, partners).
- Ensure system reliability across pricing, order-routing and product-mapping processes.
- Collaborate with operational teams, customer service, commercial teams and wider stakeholders.
- Uphold best-practice in secure development, compliance and data protection.
- Support third-party integrations, APIs and vendor tools.
Tech & Skills We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework
- Proficient with SQL Server (queries, procedures, optimisation)
- Solid full-stack skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio
- Strong architecture, design principles and secure coding experience
- Ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code and solve complex problems
Nice to Have:
- Legacy tech experience (Classic ASP, VB.NET)
- Blazor
- SSIS, ETL or data warehousing exposure
- Azure App Service or IIS deployment experience
- Healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated sector experience
- Experience in small, product-led or evolving tech environments
