Role
- Development and support of low code Business applications using Power platform, M365, C#, JavaScript. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, business users and stakeholders to understand requirements, design innovative solutions, and bring them to life through development, testing, and deployment.
Tasks
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Build and maintain intelligent agents, conversational AI experiences, and automated business processes.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, including Dataverse, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and other business applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify AI opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Apply best practices for security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI to ensure enterprise-grade solutions.
- Support solution architecture, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and low-code technologies to enhance business processes and decision-making.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing across AI, Copilot, and Power Platform initiatives
