About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cost Benefit Analyst to join a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme within one of the world's leading global banking and financial services organisations.
Reporting directly to the Programme Director, you will play a critical role in quantifying tangible cost savings and delivering financial insights to support a strategic, high-value, global IAM initiative. This programme focuses on modernising Identity Management capabilities across human and non-human identities within a complex, large-scale enterprise environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a transformational cyber security programme within a highly dynamic and globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed job role and team analysis to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities
Prepare comprehensive reports on potential savings, trends, and financial impact
Evaluate operational processes and recommend cost optimisation improvements
Quantify opportunity costs and support ROI analysis for programme initiatives
Develop and maintain robust financial and cost models aligned to business operations
Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence to financial constraints
Analyse financial performance metrics to provide insights into cost management and profitability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to gather required financial data
Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Cost Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Cost Benefit Analyst
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) within enterprise environments
Experience working within complex, global organisations (financial services preferred)
Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience building business cases and demonstrating ROI/cost savings
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior leadership
Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, large-scale programme environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
